Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.mehr

Sehr gute Anlage, wir haben keine Probleme mehr mit Wasserflecken und Verkalkungen in Küche und Bad. Der Salzverbrauch und Wasserverbrauch beim Regenerieren sind in Ordnung, wir kommen schließlich auch von einem Ausgangswert > 25°dH. Sehr gutes Produkt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Einbau ist durch das integrierte Baypassventil super einfach. Kein extra Verschneideventil notwendig. Einfach an der seitlichen Einstellschraube den gewünschten Härtegrad einstellen. J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. Das Gerät (Model Z aus 2023)macht was es soll. Von 13 dH auf 2 dH runter. Jedoch bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob es richtig eingestellt ist. Bei dem Gerät kann man sehr viele Einstellungen vornehmen. Ich würde besseren deutschen Service wünschen.... Vielleicht kann mir ja einer helfen, wie es geht. Habe die Werte von unserem Wasserversorger.

Awful company - DO NOT BUY. Ordered unit with pro install. 3 months later still calling every week to get their excuses and still no install that i paid for. They lie. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. God knows how bad after... sales service will be!

Update: (12-11-2022) on weds i rang again and this time was finally given an install day of coming saturday. The installer called me to confirm saturday 0830-0900. Come saturday no show from the installer guy and not responding to my messages. Again awful service.mehr

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. My online account states the order is still processing, now Steven not responding to email, bot or phone calls. This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. Ich habe die Osmoseanlage 2,3,4,6 gekauft und installiert. Die Anlage ist ist kompakt, und passte in meinen schmalen Unterschrank rein. Nach dem einfachen Anschließen war alles dicht. Gerne wieder.
