The system is usually installed under the kitchen sink. You will need space to store the unit, a water source and a waste outlet. Pumped systems require a nearby power supply. The system must be only used with a micro-biologically safe water supply.
Can the system be connected to my kitchen tap? There is a single stand alone tap included, however 3-way taps are available to purchase if you want to have a single tap fixture on your sink.
What is the difference between the non-pumped and pumped unit? The non-pumped reverse osmosis depends heavily on having a high water pressure (about 3 bar) from the main supply for it to work. The pumped system does not depend on the water pressure and can work efficiently even in low pressures. The pumped system wastes less water than the non pumped system.
Does the reverse osmosis unit serve the whole house? No, the reverse osmosis system only provides filtered water at a single tap

Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.read more

Sehr gute Anlage, wir haben keine Probleme mehr mit Wasserflecken und Verkalkungen in Küche und Bad. Der Salzverbrauch und Wasserverbrauch beim Regenerieren sind in Ordnung, wir kommen schließlich auch von einem Ausgangswert > 25°dH. Der Platzbedarf... der Anlage ist gering und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Ich kann die W2B800 wärmstens empfehlen.read more

Sehr gutes Produkt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Einbau ist durch das integrierte Baypassventil super einfach. Kein extra Verschneideventil notwendig. Einfach an der seitlichen Einstellschraube den gewünschten Härtegrad einstellen. Einzigster Kritikpunkt... ist die unübersichtliche Installation mit der App, da ist teilweise Englisch und Deutsch vermischt. Service d'expédition rapide et soigné, l'installation de l'adoucisseur W2B800 n'est pas bien compliquée et la documentation en français est plutôt clair. Concernant les résultats, ils sont bien la ! J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. Das Gerät (Model Z aus 2023)macht was es soll. Von 13 dH auf 2 dH runter. Jedoch bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob es richtig eingestellt ist. Bei dem Gerät kann man sehr viele Einstellungen vornehmen. Ich würde besseren deutschen Service wünschen.... Vielleicht kann mir ja einer helfen, wie es geht. Habe die Werte von unserem Wasserversorger.

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. The system is usually installed under the kitchen sink. You will need space to store the unit, a water source and a waste outlet. Pumped systems require a nearby power supply. The system must be only used with a micro-biologically safe water supply.
Can the system be connected to my kitchen tap? There is a single stand alone tap included, however 3-way taps are available to purchase if you want to have a single tap fixture on your sink.
What is the difference between the non-pumped and pumped unit? The non-pumped reverse osmosis depends heavily on having a high water pressure (about 3 bar) from the main supply for it to work. The pumped system does not depend on the water pressure and can work efficiently even in low pressures. The pumped system wastes less water than the non pumped system.
Does the reverse osmosis unit serve the whole house? No, the reverse osmosis system only provides filtered water at a single tap

Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.read more

Sehr gute Anlage, wir haben keine Probleme mehr mit Wasserflecken und Verkalkungen in Küche und Bad. Der Salzverbrauch und Wasserverbrauch beim Regenerieren sind in Ordnung, wir kommen schließlich auch von einem Ausgangswert > 25°dH. Sehr gutes Produkt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Einbau ist durch das integrierte Baypassventil super einfach. Kein extra Verschneideventil notwendig. Einfach an der seitlichen Einstellschraube den gewünschten Härtegrad einstellen. J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. Awful company - DO NOT BUY. Ordered unit with pro install. 3 months later still calling every week to get their excuses and still no install that i paid for. They lie. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. God knows how bad after... sales service will be!
Update: (12-11-2022) on weds i rang again and this time was finally given an install day of coming saturday. The installer called me to confirm saturday 0830-0900. Come saturday no show from the installer guy and not responding to my messages. Again awful service.read more

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. My online account states the order is still processing, now Steven not responding to email, bot or phone calls. Requested a refund but had no response very disappointing, my first order was so prompt.read more

Paid for the water system and installation 6 weeks ago and I’ve not heard anything from this company about when they are installing my product.
I’ve used there chat box system which always says someone will get back to me in 24 hours and they... never do.
I’ve emailed numerous times with no response and can’t get through to anyone on the phone lines.

We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. It is easy to install and to change the cartridges, the filtration system produces much better tasting water... and removes the impurities. I definitely recommend it well worth every penny.read more

The softener arrived very quickly, and once we had bought the connectors and salt it seems to work well and very happy with the performance. If reccomend spend the extract and go for the bigger version W2B800 model. this now work dream.

This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. There was a slight delay in salt delivery but customer service team were quick to respond and provide a positive resolution.read more

The products are great easy to maintain and I have just replaced the yearly filters on my osmosis system. The system is usually installed under the kitchen sink. You will need space to store the unit, a water source and a waste outlet. Pumped systems require a nearby power supply. The system must be only used with a micro-biologically safe water supply.
Can the system be connected to my kitchen tap? There is a single stand alone tap included, however 3-way taps are available to purchase if you want to have a single tap fixture on your sink.
What is the difference between the non-pumped and pumped unit? The non-pumped reverse osmosis depends heavily on having a high water pressure (about 3 bar) from the main supply for it to work. The pumped system does not depend on the water pressure and can work efficiently even in low pressures. The pumped system wastes less water than the non pumped system.
Does the reverse osmosis unit serve the whole house? No, the reverse osmosis system only provides filtered water at a single tap
