Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.plus

Sehr gute Anlage, wir haben keine Probleme mehr mit Wasserflecken und Verkalkungen in Küche und Bad. Der Salzverbrauch und Wasserverbrauch beim Regenerieren sind in Ordnung, wir kommen schließlich auch von einem Ausgangswert > 25°dH. Der Platzbedarf... der Anlage ist gering und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Ich kann die W2B800 wärmstens empfehlen.plus

Sehr gutes Produkt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Einbau ist durch das integrierte Baypassventil super einfach. Kein extra Verschneideventil notwendig. Einfach an der seitlichen Einstellschraube den gewünschten Härtegrad einstellen. Einzigster Kritikpunkt... ist die unübersichtliche Installation mit der App, da ist teilweise Englisch und Deutsch vermischt. Service d'expédition rapide et soigné, l'installation de l'adoucisseur W2B800 n'est pas bien compliquée et la documentation en français est plutôt clair. Concernant les résultats, ils sont bien la ! J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. Bref très content !plus

Awful company - DO NOT BUY. Ordered unit with pro install. 3 months later still calling every week to get their excuses and still no install that i paid for. They lie. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. God knows how bad after... sales service will be!

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. My online account states the order is still processing, now Steven not responding to email, bot or phone calls. We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. It is easy to install and to change the cartridges, the filtration system produces much better tasting water... and removes the impurities. I definitely recommend it well worth every penny.plus

This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. Nach anfänglichen "Missverständnissen" kam der W2B800 letzte Woche endlich an. Der Einbau war durch "meinen" Klempner schnell erledigt. Seitdem läuft die Enthärtung ohne Probleme. Technisch ist das Gerät sehr zu empfehlen. Der Härtegrad lässt sich... von 0-12 sehr gut einstellen an der Stellschraube. Wer es Härter braucht, muss über die Ventile zumischen, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt.plus

Sehr gute Anlage, wir haben keine Probleme mehr mit Wasserflecken und Verkalkungen in Küche und Bad. Der Salzverbrauch und Wasserverbrauch beim Regenerieren sind in Ordnung, wir kommen schließlich auch von einem Ausgangswert > 25°dH. Der Platzbedarf... der Anlage ist gering und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Ich kann die W2B800 wärmstens empfehlen.plus

Sehr gutes Produkt, schnelle Lieferung. Der Einbau ist durch das integrierte Baypassventil super einfach. Kein extra Verschneideventil notwendig. Einfach an der seitlichen Einstellschraube den gewünschten Härtegrad einstellen. Service d'expédition rapide et soigné, l'installation de l'adoucisseur W2B800 n'est pas bien compliquée et la documentation en français est plutôt clair. Concernant les résultats, ils sont bien la ! J'avais fait le test de dureté avant avec plus de... 2 sur 4, après un jour d'utilisation, le résultat était de 0 sur 4, parfait ! Par contre j'avoue avoir été surpris, à la mise en route de l'adoucisseur, mon eau était terriblement blanche, je suppose que le système avait besoin d'être rincé et utilisé un petit peu. Bref très content !plus

Awful company - DO NOT BUY. Ordered unit with pro install. 3 months later still calling every week to get their excuses and still no install that i paid for. They lie. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off. God knows how bad after... sales service will be!

Disappointing customer service - Order placed 22 October, email stating there was a 24-48 hour delay received 26 October this seems to be standard as i received the same email for a previous order. Email saying order dispatched 31 October delivery... by 4th November the tracking did not work on the email, nothing has arrived it’s 8th November. My online account states the order is still processing, now Steven not responding to email, bot or phone calls. Requested a refund but had no response very disappointing, my first order was so prompt.plus

Paid for the water system and installation 6 weeks ago and I’ve not heard anything from this company about when they are installing my product.
I’ve used there chat box system which always says someone will get back to me in 24 hours and they... never do.
I’ve emailed numerous times with no response and can’t get through to anyone on the phone lines.

We have had the Reverse osmosis system for almost 3yrs, we are on our own well and having had the water sampled decided to fit this system. It is easy to install and to change the cartridges, the filtration system produces much better tasting water... and removes the impurities. I definitely recommend it well worth every penny.plus

The softener arrived very quickly, and once we had bought the connectors and salt it seems to work well and very happy with the performance. If reccomend spend the extract and go for the bigger version W2B800 model. this now work dream.

This is our first water softener and it has been money well spent. Since fitting this product my water is much softer. I was amazed to see instant results using the testing kit that is included in the box. The hard water was making my skin dry and... brittle. Since fitting the softener, my skin is now much healthier and shinier. Also we no longer have limescale buildup in my bathroom, making it much quicker and easier to clean. There was a slight delay in salt delivery but customer service team were quick to respond and provide a positive resolution.plus

I have had a water softener and a 5-stage osmosis system for over a year now all from Water 2 Buy. The products are great easy to maintain and I have just replaced the yearly filters on my osmosis system. L’installazione è stata abbastanza semplice, come la configurazione grazie all’app dedicata. Addio calcare… lo consiglio certamente.

Ho comprato un impianto a osmosi inversa da 1500litri al giorno,il CRO 400 è arrivato perfettamente imballato , semplicissimo da montare e funziona davvero bene per ogni litro di acqua prodotta(meno di un minuto)ne scarta due circa con 400... microsiemens in ingresso lo abbassa 67 veramente soddisfatto,i ricambi costano relativamente poco,consigiatissimoplus
